MEDICAL PATIENTS
Medical patients must bring an up-to-date Medical Marijuana Card and the ID used for registration. On your first visit, our team will help you register and check in. You can also preregister by clicking the button below.
Acceptable forms of ID include an unexpired Ohio driver's license, an Ohio identification card from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, or an unexpired U.S. passport book or card.If the patient is a minor, their caregiver must also register in the Patient/Caregiver Registry and be present.
A medical marijuana card indicates that a physician and the state of Ohio have approved you to use medical cannabis. It offers different purchase limits than those for adult-use customers and is exempt from the 10% state cannabis excise tax. There may also be additional benefits at dispensaries for medical patients.
ADULT USE CUSTOMERS
If you are a non-medical customer, please remember to bring a government-issued ID. We need it to verify that you are 21 or older before you can enter the dispensary floor. Ohio dispensaries are required to monitor who enters in order to prevent individuals under the age of 21 from accessing the retail area. You will be asked for your ID upon entry. Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued ID is welcome to enter.
The maximum amount of cannabis a non-medical consumer may possess, transfer, or transport is 15 grams of extract and 2.5 ounces of other forms. Non-medical consumers are allowed to purchase a maximum of ten whole-day units of cannabis combined across all forms each day.
Non-medical cannabis sales are subject to state and local sales taxes, along with a 10% excise tax.
