The Mothership provides access to Ohio Division of Cannabis Control licensed cannabis products for both medical patients and adult-use customers (the latter available to adults 21 and over). Online browsing, menu access, and pickup ordering are provided through Dutchie, a third-party platform. All content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and data, presented on our website and in our store is the property of Fn Group Holdings LLC (doing business as The Mothership) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree that you will use our services only in compliance with all applicable Ohio laws and federal regulations. You must not:

In some cases, you may be required to register for an account to place orders, including through our Dutchie ordering platform. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update your details as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts and ordering managed through Dutchie are also subject to Dutchie's own terms and privacy practices.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase adult-use cannabis products, or be a registered medical marijuana patient (or registered caregiver) under the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program. You will be asked to present a valid, unexpired government-issued ID upon entry to verify your eligibility. Acceptable forms of ID include an unexpired Ohio driver's license, an Ohio identification card issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, or an unexpired U.S. passport book or card. We are required to monitor entry to our retail area and may refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age or eligibility.
Please note that under federal law, cannabis remains a Schedule I Controlled Substance. Even though Ohio law permits both medical and adult-use cannabis, possession or use on any federal property remains prohibited. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all relevant federal and state regulations, including applicable possession and purchase limits. Medical patients must also adhere to the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program's requirements, including timely notification of any changes to registration details (for example, if your registry card is used fraudulently or accessed without authorization).
Our services and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Mothership disclaims all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of our service is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ohio law. Any disputes arising out of your use of our service shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Ohio. You and The Mothership agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing any legal action.
The Mothership reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
